Join the PTSA Membership Form (online)
Sign up for the Madison Community Weekly Newsletter — Get our weekly bulletin sent to your email. This bulletin has important dates, recaps the school news, gives you information about upcoming events, and community offerings. Everyone can sign up, you don’t need to be a PTSA member.
Family Directory — Sign up for the Family Directory, with only your email and phone number. Only those families that sign up for the directory will receive a copy, in a PDF. The directory is new every year, so even if you signed up before, its time to do it again! Everyone can sign up, you don’t need to be a PTSA member.
