PTSA February General Meeting

PTSA General Meeting

Wednesday, February 6th  at 7 pm, Madison Library

Please join us for our February General Meeting. We will vote on the minutes from October, and hear updates from chairs. We will vote in a nominating committee, we’ll accept members from the floor. We are hoping for a great fundraising success at our 2019 Tailgate and Celebrate on Saturday, February 2nd, and we’ll hear the results from our fundraising chair.  Here is the PTSA General Meeting Agenda, and the meeting could run until 8:30 pm.

Dr. Gary will give an update on Madison, including information about the school’s budgeting process for next year and the multi-cultural assemblies that have been happening, and how Black Lives Matter in school is being taught at Madison.

We have also invited Grace Bennett, previous Madison PTSA and current WSHS PTSA Legislative Chair, to give a short presentation and answer questions about the levies that are on the ballot for the special February Election.

Questions for the Meeting – we know that it is difficult to come out to meetings mid-week.  If you are just not able to make the meeting, but have questions that we can address at the meeting, we have created a Question Form for you to fill out, which can be anonymous or have your contact info included.  Or you can ask questions by sending an email to our PTSA president at president@madisonptsa.com.
