Several corporations in Seattle have also come together to create a relief fund for health care and gig economy workers who are affected by loss of wages as businesses see a dramatic slow in customers. Seeking parents to speak at Career Day Tues, March 10th Career Day is coming up next month and we’re looking for interested parents or people they know who can talk to students about their career. Career Day is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10th from 9:00am-10:30am at Madison Middle School. Presenters will deliver a 20 minute presentation about what they do, how they got there, and what it takes to get there (education, experiences, etc.). Students will rotate through three 20 minute sessions. You will stay in one classroom the whole time, and groups will be capped at 30 students per session.
